No you do not need an account to place orders at National Flavours.
However, registration gives you many advantages such as "order history", special deals and discount vouchers.
In the top menu you will find the "Account" icon (the circle with a person inside). Clicking here will bring up the account menu bar. There you will find "Login", "Account" and "Register".
Click on "Register" and fill out the required fields to create an account with National Flavours.

Click on "Account" and change the fields marked "email". Don't forget to save the changes you made by clicking on "save".

Orders and payment:

You can pay via Paypal (linked to your bank account) or you can deposit the amount directly into our bank account via an international transfer at your bank.
Opening a Paypal account is the best, easiest and most secure option in this case.
If you choose to make an international bank transfer, additional fees may occur. Please make sure you select to pay the transaction fees involved yourself (OWN).
Please contact us as quickly as possible before your order has been shipped.

You can return your order within 7 days after receiving. Please note that this will involve shipping fees to ship the order back to us. The shipping fees are to be payed by you.
You can view your order history and saved lists by going to the account page.

Here you will find three tabs. Click on the right tab called "Your Orders" and this will take you to your previously placed order overview.
At the checkout (by clicking on "Cart") you can fill out and apply any discount vouchers.
These will be directly applied to your order before making a payment.
In case there is a product missing, please contact us so we can resend the product or refund the costs.
Please note that we do take photographs of all orders before they are shipped out. We do this because, depending on the destination, some customs and border control remove products that are "not allowed".
For example a parcel including packed meat shipped to Australia will still arrive at the customer but it will not include the packed meat anymore.
This is your responsibility and we will not reimburse you for this.

Within the European Union you do not pay any import taxes.
Outside of the European Union import taxes might have to be paid depending on the destination.
In most countries you do NOT have to pay any taxes but this depends on the order amount and nature of items you are importing.
